A steel driven pipe pile is just that. A steel pipe driven into the ground to carry a given load. We do this with either a drop-hammer or a Vibro-Hammer. The pipe is driven till it is firm enough to carry the load it is intended for. We determine how firm in the ground it is by measuring the amount it moves per blow (drop of the hammer). In the end you have a pile that has been pre-tested and has shown that it can carry the load. That is the big difference between driven and cast in place pile. With driven piles your plan will show a load in Lbs., with cast-in-place piles the plan will show a depth and diameter, however soil conditions can change from one side of your house to the other.

Key Benefits

bulletThe biggest benefit our customers have found is the neat end product. They like the fact that when the piles are in there is no mud and mess to clean up.
bulletMany of our customers are very busy and like the fact that they can mark out the job, leave a height, and go. They do not have to worry about getting there to meet the concrete truck or if they can get the concrete when they need it.
bulletFor us one of the biggest benefits is there are no open holes to leave behind. We do a lot of work for do-it-yourselfers, and we never liked to leave open holes to be filled when the customer gets home from work.

Pricing
